Our Snake Venomics Display tool, Relative Abundance Display and Absolute Abundance Display is developed to help guide venom and antivenom researchers with an intuitive overview of venom compositions, and the amount of toxins likely to be injected by various venomous snakes. By using STAB profiles, user get to create a visual interpretation of which epitopes of a given snake venom toxin, that show a significant binding interaction signal with antibodies from a given antivenom.
